You may use this form to submit a draft resolution (full text or title and resolve clauses) for potential authorship by one or more TMA sections. You must be a member of one of the six TMA sections to submit an idea for consideration using this process. Only one resolution idea may be submitted per form. Submissions must be received by Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

Process and Deadlines
- DEADLINE EXTENDED: Oct. 30, 2024
Oct. 25, 2024: Last day to submit a draft resolution.
- Nov. 1, 2024: Member Comment Period opens.
Section members have an opportunity to provide feedback to resolution authors including possible amendments or language adjustments.
- Nov. 15, 2024: Member Comment Period closes.
- Dec. 16, 2024: Resolution Ratification opens.
Section members vote on whether their sections should author submitted resolutions.
- Jan. 10, 2025: Resolution Ratification closes.
Authors are notified of the section's decision and approved final drafts are submitted to TMA House of Delegates staff on behalf of each section.
NOTE: The Medical Student Section has its own separate process for resolution submissions from its members. The MSS TMA delegate co-chairs will reach out directly to chapter delegates about this process.
